Palm Parking Garage, built in 1986, was the first of three parking garages constructed in the core of the Fort Lauderdale – Hollywood International Airport (FLL) campus. The facility contains many sustainability features, including accommodations for electric vehicle charging and tire inflation, an electric utility vehicle fleet and a free shuttle to downtown destinations.
The Park and the Garage at Post Office Square demonstrate what can happen when a visionary idea is realized through excellent design and thoughtful implementation. Supported structurally and financially by a belowground seven-level garage, this 1.7-acre park stands is a model for center city parks.
The Gold 1 garage is located adjacent to PNC Park, (home of the Pittsburgh Pirates), Heinz Field (home of the Pittsburgh Steelers) and other entertainment and dining establishments. The parking facility is owned and operated by Stadium Authority of the City of Pittsburgh.

Originally constructed in 1986 and expanded in 2006, the Hoy Parking Garage is a primary parking structure at Cornell University for both employees and visitors to campus. With 850 parking spaces, including eighteen reserved spaces for fuel-efficient and alternative-fuel vehicles, the garage acts as a gateway to Cornell and helps keep cars out of central campus.
Dallas Love Field Parking Garage C is a new sustainable development located in Dallas, Texas. The project consists of a parking garage being built to meet the demand of available parking for the Dallas Love Field Airport and is conveniently located next to the main terminal.
Memorial Regional Hospital’s Parksmart-certified Mixed Use Parking Structure is comprised of a 7-level parking garage housing 1,302 spaces, a conference center, office/meeting space on the ground floor and a concrete vehicular bridge that connects the new garage to two existing, adjacent parking garages.
The Obilićev Venac in central Belgrade became the first Parksmart-certified garage in Europe in April 2018. Seeing an opportunity for this garage to help revitalize the historical and cultural center of Belgrade, the city’s parking operation, JKP “Parking servis," embraced Parksmart as a tool for realizing the garage’s full potential.
Located by the main entrance to the Sacramento State campus, Parking Structure 5 was designed to blend and complement the dense tree canopy of the nearby arboretum. Replacing an existing surface lot, the 1,750 stall, six level, 549,000 square foot parking structure serves a campus in dire need of parking and provides a structure exceeding the quality and efficiency of any of the previous parking facilities.
The Short Term parking garage at Portland International Airport (PDX) was originally built in the mid-1980s as a three-level structure that was increased to seven levels in the late 1990s. Prior to relocating to the Rental Car Center in 2021, rental cars were located on levels one and two, and public parking was available on levels three through seven. Today, public parking is available on levels two through seven providing over 3,700 parking spaces for both hourly and daily customers at PDX. The Short Term garage is the closest parking facility to the PDX terminal, connected to the terminal by skybridges, on-grade walkways and pedestrian tunnels.
