Westpark

Westpark Corporate Center

Westpark Corporate Center garage in Tysons Corner, Virginia, is an enclosed, below-grade five-level parking structure with 1,486 spaces, supporting a 500,000 square foot office park project of two nine-story buildings. As a community with nine times the number of parking spaces for every person as people seeks to transform itself into a more walkable, pedestrian-friendly neighborhood, Westpark’s parking program leads by example.

Throughout its 50-year history, the Yorkdale Shopping Centre in Toronto’s North York area has been no stranger to leading the retail industry with innovative new initiatives, including a number of market-leading sustainability efforts as part of its green program.

10 Everett Street Garage

The 10 Everett facility was complete in 2012 and remains the newest garage on the Harvard University campus. At 695 spaces it is the second largest facility on campus and is sandwiched right up against the MBTA redline subway tunnel. It primarily serves the Harvard Law School campus including Wasserstein Hall which sits on top of and has direct access into this underground facility.

Wrapped in a glass façade and vegetative roof, the 1,118-space BG Group Place brought Class A, sustainable development to a downtown Houston block. Energy efficient lighting and ventilation technologies and a condensate recovery system reduce the property’s resource consumption, while nearby bicycle sharing and metro rail access provide commuters with a variety of transportation options.

1250 Connecticut Avenue

1250 Connecticut Avenue is an eight-story Washington D.C. office building in the Dupont Circle area. The LEED Gold building hosts offices, an upscale fashion boutique, salon and spa, steak house, and a 24-hour taco stand. Operated by Impark, the garage integrates Impark’s Go Green offerings with Brookfield’s building recycling program. The garage stays open later than most of the surrounding garages to provide neighborhood parking.

1600 Smith

The 1600 Smith Garage is a 14-story above grade garage with 2,577 total spaces. It offers several exciting amenities for customers, including dry cleaners, designated and secure motorcycle parking, bicycle parking, electric vehicle charging stations, designated parking for all fuel-efficient vehicles, and a car wash. Level 2 is reserved for vanpool, carpool, car sharing, fuel-efficient hybrids, and electric vehicles only.
