University of Florida: Parking Garage 14
Parking Garage 14 replaced the commuter surface parking lot on Gale Lemerand Drive. This structure is 7 stories and over 640,000 sf to support over 2,010 parking spaces. This project intends to consolidate both student and staff vehicle parking in a central location on campus. The parking structure includes many amenities that support various modes of transportation, including bicycle, bus, scooter, walking, and rideshare.
Portland International Airport Short Term Garage
The Short Term parking garage at Portland International Airport (PDX) was originally built in the mid-1980s as a three-level structure that was increased to seven levels in the late 1990s. Prior to relocating to the Rental Car Center in 2021, rental cars were located on levels one and two, and public parking was available on levels three through seven. Today, public parking is available on levels two through seven providing over 3,700 parking spaces for both hourly and daily customers at PDX. The Short Term garage is the closest parking facility to the PDX terminal, connected to the terminal by skybridges, on-grade walkways and pedestrian tunnels.
Memorial Regional Hospital Mixed Use Parking Structure
Memorial Regional Hospital’s Parksmart-certified Mixed Use Parking Structure is comprised of a 7-level parking garage housing 1,302 spaces, a conference center, office/meeting space on the ground floor and a concrete vehicular bridge that connects the new garage to two existing, adjacent parking garages.
Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport – Palm Garage
Palm Parking Garage, built in 1986, was the first of three parking garages constructed in the core of the Fort Lauderdale – Hollywood International Airport (FLL) campus. The facility contains many sustainability features, including accommodations for electric vehicle charging and tire inflation, an electric utility vehicle fleet and a free shuttle to downtown destinations.
Cal Poly Pomona Parking Structure 2
Cal Poly Pomona has a long history of promoting sustainable practices and environmental awareness. Parking Structure 2 was designed, built and is operated with those things in mind and the University is proud to have achieved Parksmart certification at the Bronze Level for its newest 1,818-space parking structure.
