Ampliamento Multipiano Scalo Milano

The parking garage, which is spread over four floors, is developed next to the existing multi-story building, also owned by Scalo Milano Outlet & More, intended for the customers of the related stores. It is located in an area with little traffic and is very well connected by highways and public transport. Despite this, a traffic management system has been provided for crowded events, thanks to barriers that staff can control. No mechanical systems are inside, as the project was designed for natural ventilation.

Bank of America Plaza

The 2,128 space Bank of America Plaza Garage serves a 55-story office tower in downtown Los Angeles. Situated on a four-acre site with a lush garden and open seating area, this facility serves as a hub for the surrounding community. Energy efficient lighting and ventilation systems and green cleaning practices contribute to this facility’s low-impact operations. The garage’s low-emitting vehicle spaces, bicycle parking amenities, and electric vehicle fueling stations all allow patrons to easily utilize more sustainable transportation options.

Cal Poly Pomona Parking Structure 2

Cal Poly Pomona has a long history of promoting sustainable practices and environmental awareness. Parking Structure 2 was designed, built and is operated with those things in mind and the University is proud to have achieved Parksmart certification at the Bronze Level for its newest 1,818-space parking structure.

Canopy Airport Parking

Canopy Airport Parking placed sustainability central to its development and construction and set out to build the most sustainable parking lot possible. The result was an award-winning carpark that achieved Parksmart Pioneer and LEED Gold certification, was recognized by the International Parking Institute as the most sustainable garage of the year in 2012 and won the National Parking Association’s 2012 Innovation Award for the Innovative Sustainability Project of the Year.

Charles Square Garage

Charles Hotel Garage, located in the historic Harvard Square in Cambridge, Massachusetts, is a 500-space two-level garage located beneath a mixed-use complex of a luxury hotel, condominiums, retail and a commercial tower. The garage roof supports an exterior courtyard at street level and an interior raised courtyard, each of which regularly host placemaking activities. The garage offers free EV charging, bike sharing, tire inflation, and an innovative small car discount program.

City of Madison's South Livingston Street Parking Garage

Creating a value-add for East Washington neighbors that goes beyond additional parking options and utilitarian purpose, the City of Madison's South Livingston Street Parking Garage incorporates both functionality and performance. The 248,000 gross sq. ft. facility is part of a larger development along the 800 block of East Washington Avenue.

DEWA Sustainable Building, Al Qouz

DEWA Sustainable Building, an office building of the Water & Civil Division of Dubai Electricity and Water Authority, meets the need of growing businesses and provides space for new staff to satisfy business needs. The project serves most of DEWA’s strategic goals, including advocating for sustainable growth, and is the first Parksmart-certified project in the United Arab Emirates and the Middle East.

Forest Home Garage at Cornell University

Constructed in 2009, Forest Home Garage is part of the parking system at Cornell University, which hosts a population of 30,000 (inclusive of 20,000 students) and manages 10,000 parking spaces. This garage contributes to a campus wide initiative to reach carbon neutrality by 2035 by incorporating energy efficient measures in the construction of this cast-in-place garage. The 254-space garage encourages bike usage and offers public spaces for place-making.

Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport - Cypress Garage

Cypress Parking Garage, built in 2005, is the newest of three parking garages in the core of the Fort Lauderdale – Hollywood International Airport (FLL) campus. It is a multi-use facility which houses over six thousand parking spaces, a three-story rental car center, with a dozen fleet operators and retail, and an entire level dedicated to rental car refueling, servicing and detailing.

Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport - Hibiscus

Hibiscus Parking Garage, built in 1999, is the second of three parking garages in the core of the Fort Lauderdale – Hollywood International Airport (FLL) campus. It is flanked by Palm Garage to the west and Cypress Garage to the east.
